Sometimes the automatic claims phone number is frustrating, but the Zach Bay office has gone above and beyond a number of times to connect me directly to roadside services in an emergency and eliminate as much of the hassle as possible. Lindsay on the phone today walked me through a premium rate change (my fault lol) and helped me become better informed about my policy details. The in-person office experiences are also great: they’re professional, friendly, and efficient.
